If your toddler is showing signs of dysregulation right now (climbing, touching everything, big emotions), try the **Rock Collection Sprint** first.
Set a timer for 2 minutes. Challenge them to collect as many rocks as they can and put them in a bucket.
That's it.
The weight of the rocks + the fast movement + the focused task = nervous system reset. Works almost every time.
